Sales Agronomist

Responsibilities:

• Promote crop scout program by walking fields, recording results, and working with growers.
• Make customer calls in person, by phone and by using digital platforms.
• Develop and implement grower crop protection and fertility programs.
• Build trust and relationships with customers through ongoing agronomic support.
• Sell and support designated seed brands.
• Pursue new and existing opportunities to help grow the overall business.
• Be available to work extended hours during busy season.

Candidate Will Possess or Be Willing to Achieve the Following Qualifications:

• Excellent professional, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively with a broad range of customers.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently as required.
• Certified Crop Advisor designation or ability and desire to obtain.
• Desire to continually upgrade sales, agronomy and precision Ag skills.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with computers and digital platforms.
• Valid G license.
